Customer Service Hours during the Holy Month of Ramadan

During the Holy Month of Ramadan Ticket Line will be operating a reduced service for its Customer Service Support Team. Telephone calls will only be answered during the hours of 12.00noon to 6.00pm UAE time on Monday to Thursday. No calls will be answered outside these hours and our Customer Service Team will not be working on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

We recommend sending all enquiries by email to customerservices@ticket-line.ae quoting your customer number and transaction number if you have one. Please ALWAYS state which event and which date your query relates to. If your query is regarding a payment please also include the name of the person on the credit card used and the last four digits of the card number. We also recommend including a contact telephone number in case we need to call you for further clarification.
