Prepare yourselves for an exceptional and intense musical experience, as renowned artists grace Dubai for the Jazz Garden Series! Season 1 of the epic one-day event will be held monthly, starting October 2017 and ending in April 2018 with a two-day grand finale festival.

The whole series is free admission, but with online registration required per episode. Guests can pre-book a picnic table for a minimum spend on F&B to guarantee a great spot to watch the show.  Tables are limited and sell out fast.

Episode 1 on 20th October includes the British veteran Albie Donnelly’s Supercharge. Albie is best known for his fiery saxophone playing which eventually made him one of the biggest names in continental Rhythm 'n' Blues. Together with Europe’s finest rhythm and blues band Supercharge, they will be performing a blend of R&B and funk, plus their wild onstage show that made them a sensation on the British 70’s live club scene.

Joining the legendary band is the award-winning indie music artist Catie Waters, who infuses R&B, soul, jazz and funk with a modern touch with her unique vocal, poetic, and musical style.

Opening for this exhilarating night is none other than the highly talented 5-piece band Lady J & The Royal Vagabonds. You’ll hear classics you know and love, recent chart-toppers with a bluesy twist, and a few musical surprises guaranteed to bring you together for a foot-stomping good time.

Initially launched in 2008 as a sub-event of the Dubai Jazz Festival, the Jazz Garden featured internationally acclaimed jazz and blues acts, attracting hundreds of mainstream artists, as well as thousands of fans.  In 2014, it drew a daily crowd of 4,000 for seven consecutive nights becoming UAE’s biggest free attraction ever. However the event was then placed on a brief hiatus due to scheduling conflicts. After three long years of non-stop requests to bring back the most memorable and exceedingly enjoyable event, the organizers rebranded and relaunched the Jazz Garden as a stand-alone series of multiple events. The pilot episode took place last April 2017 with a turnout of more than 4,000 attendees.
